About me
Hi, my name is Sarah. I am a Qualified Integrative Counsellor / Therapist, which means I am trained in many theoretical approaches and can tailor your therapy to the style which best suits you and your needs.
I believe that to get the most out of counselling, it is important to choose a therapist that is right for you. For it to be successful, you will need to find someone you can connect with and feel comfortable and secure opening up to. You will need to feel you can discuss your feelings, in confidence, without being judged.

I offer Face to face and online appointments and work with adults and couples. I work from clinics in - Sanderstead and Godstone in Surrey.
