In our sessions, we'll work with the whole of who you are � your experiences, your relationships, your patterns, and your strengths. I draw on evidence-based approaches that I believe in deeply, but I also know that therapy is only effective when it's tailored to you. You are a unique individual, and I'm committed to making therapy a personalised experience.

I specialise in working with anxiety disorders and depression and I'm passionate about helping people move toward freedom, clarity, and greater fulfilment in their lives. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, understand the underlying thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and identify practical steps toward the changes you want to see.
