About me

I have always been fascinated by people and human experience and deepening awareness of how and why people do what they do. I hold a relational philosophical position. In other words, trying to understand the process of how we influence and are influenced by each other and by the world around us. It is through understanding and exploring the present process of relating that something new and vibrant can be created.

As a counsellor and psychotherapist I have experience in a range of settings, including acute NHS mental health services, community, and private insurance services for survivors of acquired brain injury, private practice, employee assistance programs, and higher education. As a Supervisor I have experience providing line management, clinical, group, and peer supervision in the third sector and higher education.

I am experienced in using and supervising a number of different therapeutic modalities, but predominately focuses in working with present moment subjective experience, relational processes, and awareness rather than relying on judgments, speculations, or interpretations.
