About me

I am an experienced cognitive behaviour (CBT) psychotherapist. Since 2007, I have worked in public, private and third sector mental health services including Brighton and Hove NHS Primary Care Counselling Service, Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and the Priory Hospital. My qualifications include: PG Dip. Counselling (BACP-accredited, 2008); PG Dip. Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (BABCP-accredited, 2010); EMDR (EMDR Europe Assoc., 2018). I am a member of the BACP and an accredited member of the BABCP. I have a longstanding interest in mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches and have published two self-help psychology books on this subject: 'Mindfulness for Black Dogs and Blue Days' (2012), and 'Mindfulness for Unravelling Anxiety' (2016).
