I am a friendly and experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor / Psychotherapist and Life Coach who works with adults on a one-to-one basis in central Warwick or via video chat or telephone.

I offer a relaxed, collaborative, non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore your issues, difficulties and aspirations. I work in a holistic and results driven way, focusing on the root causes of issues (not just the symptoms) to help you get to where you want to be as efficiently and effectively as possible.
