About me

I have been working as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist for more than thirty years. For many of these years I have been based in the NHS. I have also worked in Private Practice, for Health Insurance Companies and on Employee Assistance Programmes.
These different settings have given me the opportunity to work with a varied and extensive number of issues. The rich breadth of experience which I have gained during this time has helped me develop insights and find effective ways of responding in ways which are likely to be most effective for each unique individual or couple who is looking for Counselling.
My aim in practising Counselling and Psychotherapy is to make it possible for each individual or couple to gain greater insights into the roots of their current difficulties. The increased perception which accompanies this empowers this person to make the changes they want so they are able to move towards realising their potential snd enhancing their lives.
In 2023 I relocated to Twyford, Winchester in Hampshire after many years of having my practice based in Lee in south east London.
I offer in person sessions, online sessions and phone sessions.
