About me

As a Clinical Psychologist I am trained to support people to gain an understanding of the psychological difficulties that they are experiencing. I will work alongside you in a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental manner to help you to explore your difficulties and to help you gain confidence in how to live your life with less distress. I also have extensive experience from my NHS roles in supporting people who are living with a health conditions including cancer, CFS and chronic pain.

I have worked in the field of mental health for over 13 years so bring a wealth of experience to my clients. When we meet, we'll talk about what it is you are struggling with, or things you would like to change and the options available to help you. I am trained to deliver a range of different therapies including CBT, EMDR, ACT and Compassion Focused Therapy.
