I have worked clinically in a number of settings within mental health care
industry and with clients from a variety of backgrounds, presenting long term complex/

I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and have been also trained in
Schema Therapy , Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Compassion Focused
Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy as well as Systemic approach.

I do employ a person-centered approach, drawn upon each individual’s needs and
through an individualised process based on a combination of narrative, self reflection
along with practical strategies/ techniques we do achieve to alleviate the emotional
pain and to eliminate the obstacles, improve your quality of life and your relationships.

I can support you through the journey of personal exploration and crisis management,
working with you empathetically as a team, building up your strengths and embracing
your weaknesses, challenging the unhelpful patterns and improving your relationship
with yourself and others. By the end of this journey you will gain wisdom of growth
and self- awareness.
