About me

Are you overwhelmed, exhausted, stressed and down ? I specialise in working with individuals who have experienced traumas throughout their life and are now exhausted and depleted by the methods in which they have adopted to survive. My work integrates highly effective forms of psychotherapy to support individuals in soothing & healing their mind, emotions and relationships to lead a life that is valued.

I have worked as a psychologist for 10 years, having worked in a variety of NHS services and with individuals in private practice. My work has been predominantly with individuals experiencing their first experience of psychosis/ bipolar, as well as, families following experiences of clinical negligence, baby loss, birth trauma and tokophobia . I believe that the thread that connects these experiences and brings me pride in my work, is being able to support individuals on their journey to feel safe again after traumatic and difficult experiences.

If you choose to work with me you will be choosing a highly empathetic, friendly therapist with a wealth of experience, including a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from University or Birmingham and post-graduate studies including qualifications from University College London.
