About me

I am an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (BABCP) and registered with the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). As a Psychologist, I hold Graduate Membership with the British Psychological Society (BPS), reflecting my commitment to professional development and ethical practice.
I have recently qualified as an EMDR therapist and currently, I am pursuing further training in Counselling Psychology to increase my areas of expertise and enhance the support I provide to clients.
