About me
I was awarded a dual Certificate of Completion of Training in Anaesthetics and Pain Management in 2020. I also obtained fellowship qualifications for both the Royal College of Anaesthetists 2014 and the Faculty of Pain Medicine 2019.
I have held a substantive consultant post in anaesthesia and pain management at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Trust since 2020. The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital is a national tertiary referral centre for all orthopaedic subspecialties. I review a wide range of spinal and musculoskeletal pain conditions at my weekly chronic pain clinics. Depending on the patients presentation, clinical history, and individual circumstances, I offer each of my patients an individualized pain management plan in the form of physical and functional rehabilitation and/or a variety of pain injection techniques according to the modern Biopsychosocial Approach to Pain Management.
My current private pain clinic is at Nuffield Health, Wolverhampton Hospital.
