My name Dr Fabio and I am a Clinical Psychologist who uses trauma and compassion focused therapy to understand how habits that once had a purpose and protected us, now gets in the way of living a fulfilled life. I have experience of working with adults and adolescents across difference mental health settings. I offer both virtual and face-to-face sessions.

Making the initial step to start therapy may feel daunting. To help you decide whether I am the right therapist for you, I offer a free 15 minute initial phone consultation. You can ask questions about my approach and what to expect from therapy.

Areas of interest

I am trained in a range of therapies and I primarily use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-informed care. I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space to ensure that from the beginning of our work together you will feel comfortable to discuss the problems you are experiencing.

I have a special interest in CBT, DBT and trauma focused therapy, for both adolescent and adult clients.
