About me

I currently offer online and face to face CBT therapy appointments to both adults and children. I have many years experience working both in NHS services and local council services with children / young people & adults presenting with mild to severe mental health difficulties. My experience includes working in psychological therapies (IAPT services) and inpatient units. My experience also includes working with children and young people in CAMHS services and children residential settings. My specialities include working with low mood/depression, anxiety, trauma and ADHD. I can offer appointment to anyone 11+.

I currently offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and have specialist qualifications in helping to assess ADHD symptoms. In the near future EMDR therapies will also be offered in clinic.
