About me

I work face to face from my practice in Ealing, also by online video call.

If you would like help to cope with difficult emotions, I can provide a calm, confidential space for you to feel heard and understood. I work with depression, anxiety, bereavement and trauma. I also specialise in women’s health problems, including fertility issues and miscarriage.

I offer an initial phone conversation, which is free of charge, then an assessment session which is chargeable but there is no obligation to continue. We would then agree a number of sessions (usually around 8) with a specific focus. During this time we can review whether you think longer term work would be helpful.

I am a fully qualified and BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist. In addition to my private practice, I have worked in the NHS Adult Mental Health service and at a fertility clinic on Harley Street. I am a member of the British Infertility Counselling Association and have specific training in fertility counselling.
