About me
I am a neurodivergent counsellor working with adults who want help with anxiety, depression, isolation and relationship difficulties. Part of my work is to help people who are autistic, ADHD and/or have been told they might have PDA (pathological demand avoidance) to explore what neurodivergence means for them.
