About me

You may be feeling confused and overwhelmed, finding a loss difficult to come to terms with, stuck within a relationship or perhaps life just doesn’t feel quite right. You need someone to hear you, to sit with you without judgement when you are feeling vulnerable and unsure.

I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering a warm, safe and confidential space to explore any issues you may be experiencing. We will work together to bring awareness and insight into your experiences.

My training as an holistic practitioner informs my whole-being approach to counselling. I trained in the three main counselling approaches: psychodynamic, behavioural, and humanistic, and I draw from these theories in a relational way. This will allow us to explore collaboratively how the here and now may be affected through your past relationships and experiences.
