About me

You may be feeling confused and overwhelmed, finding a loss difficult to come to terms with, stuck within a relationship or perhaps life just doesn't feel quite right. You need someone to hear you, to sit with you without judgement when you are feeling vulnerable and unsure.

I am a UKCP Accredited and Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering a warm, safe and confidential space for us to explore your experiences. I can offer an individual, collaborative approach and our work is rooted in the belief that whilst life can be confusing and overwhelming, you hold an inherent capacity for growth and wholeness. Counselling is helpful at every stage of life, a nurturing space of acceptance to promote and improve mental health.
