About me

I am a senior accredited counsellor in the UK with at least 23 years of professional therapy work with adults (18+). I trained in the person-centred approach back in 2000 and I have worked continuously since then in a variety of settings, adapting my approach to suit client-need. In my BUPA work, I am currently offering therapy online only. I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and will work hard to adapt what I can offer to meet your unique and specific needs.
