About me

I am an experienced and thoughtful Clinical Psychologist who has a wealth of experience working therapeutically with children, families, and adults. When I work with children, I use playful approaches to ensure that each child, at whatever age, feels comfortable in speaking to me. I am experienced in supporting young people who have additional needs such as Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Conditions and long-term physical health conditions. I am qualified to use a variety of different psychological models and we will discuss what our sessions may look like in our first appointment together. I believe that people have the ability to make meaningful change, and I feel lucky to be able to support people in their journey.

I am passionate about supporting everyone in the family and believe that supporting parents is just as essential as supporting a child, as this has positive outcomes for the whole family.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and I am member of the Association of Clinical Psychologist (ACP-UK). I receive regular supervision and attend training to guide my thinking, keep up to date with the evidence base, and to ensure that I am offering the best possible service to anyone that comes to see me.
