About me

Dr Gary Chow is a highly trained Consultant Anaesthetist with broad experience across a range of surgical subspecialties.

He graduated from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry and completed specialist training in Birmingham, Sussex, and London. His advanced training included head and neck anaesthesia at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and paediatric anaesthesia at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Dr Chow was appointed as a Consultant in 2021 at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where he specialised in plastic surgery, paediatric anaesthesia, and regional techniques. He now practises at Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, with a particular focus on regional anaesthesia, total intravenous anaesthesia (TIVA), and the anaesthetic management of complex urology cases.

He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists and is listed on the Specialist Register for Anaesthesia with the General Medical Council. He is also a recognised trainer with the General Medical Council and an accredited Advanced Life Support (ALS) Instructor with the Resuscitation Council UK.

Dr Chow has an established private practice across Sussex and Surrey. He can be contacted through the Woking Gas Company Anaesthetic Partnership LLP.
