About me

Registered/Accredited Psychotherapist with NCPS
I offer open-ended and short-term therapy online and via the telephone.
The issues with which I work include: PTSD,
Anxiety, Relationship issues, and Confidence issues both in the client's private and business life.

Fully trained with extensive experience working with GAD both in my private practice and with referrals from the NHS IAPT service. I was recently celebrated as one of the top 5 counsellors with the NHS IAPT service based on my clients recovery statistics.

My counselling orientation is integrative. This approach gives both myself and my clients the flexibility to work within a wide range of
counselling approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
In other words, the client does not have to fit into an already prescribed model. The model is formulated to the needs of the client.
My style is warm, though pragmatic, and feedback would seem to indicate that I am easy to talk to.
I believe that it is necessary to be able to
demonstrate respect for the client's 'story' before a client can feel sufficiently confident and supported to engage with the counselling
