About me

I am a Consultant Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. I have 26 years of experience, including general counselling, assistance with physical health conditions, insurance/medico legal issues, common mental health issues, complex mental health issues, trauma and sexual abuse recovery and forensic mental health. Models used include Integrated, Acceptance & Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural (DBT) & Schema/Schema Focused (CBT) therapies. Clients are seen remotely, at flexible times, or in person.
