About me

I am a Consultant Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. I have over 28 years of experience, including general counselling, assistance with physical health conditions & FND, insurance/medico legal issues, common mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD; and complex mental health issues, trauma, trauma associated functional conditions/non-epileptic attack disorder, sexual abuse recovery and forensic mental health. I undertake screening only and onward referral support for neurodiversity diagnoses in adults as this requires a multi-disciplinary team but also offer different types of support for clients with ADD, ADHD and autism. Models used include Integrated, Acceptance & Commitment (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural (DBT) & Schema/Schema Focused (CBT) therapies. Clients are seen remotely, at flexible times, or in person.
