About me

Jodie is a highly specialist Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years of experience working in mental health services, and over 6 years of experience working in trauma. Jodie currently works in an NHS maternal mental health service and independent practice and specialises in working with difficulties including birth trauma, pregnancy and baby loss, tokophobia and pregnancy related difficulties, adjustment to parenting and perinatal mental health.

Jodie uses an integrative approach in her therapeutic work drawing upon principles from a range of models to meet your individual needs including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Approaches and Attachment/Systemic Approaches.

Jodie is registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
