About me

I am a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist specialising in a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality-related challenges. I offer a warm, open, and collaborative approach, combining compassion and acceptance with evidence-based, change-focused strategies to support meaningful and lasting improvement.

I work with you to understand and process experiences that may be holding you back, while helping you develop a more compassionate and balanced approach to life. Together, we can identify patterns or barriers affecting your wellbeing and build practical, effective strategies to support a more fulfilling, emotionally connected life.

I offer therapy both in person in Brighton and online via Zoom.

My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). DBT supports the development of skills to manage emotions and change unhelpful patterns, while EMDR enables the processing of past traumatic experiences in a structured and effective way.

I am an accredited DBT therapistone of a limited number currently accredited across the UK and Irelandand I provide comprehensive DBT programmes for individuals both with and without a personality disorder diagnosis. There is also a growing evidence base supporting the use of DBT for neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD and autism.

In addition, I am an accredited EMDR practitioner and the only Clinical Psychologist in the UK accredited in both DBT and EMDR. This dual accreditation allows me to integrate these approaches in a formulation-driven way, tailoring therapy to each individual to achieve the greatest possible impact.
