About me
With over five years of experience in the field of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. My journey as a therapist has spanned diverse settings, including the University of Bolton, schools, NHS talking therapies, I also have a private practice. This range of experience has allowed me to work with clients from various walks of life, from children aged 5+ to adults, though my primary focus has been with adult clients.
I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals who face OCD, panic disorder, and social phobias, helping them develop practical tools to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I believe that through understanding our thoughts and behaviours, we can make meaningful changes that lead to a more fulfilling life.
Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or simply looking to understand yourself better, I am here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore and grow.
