About me

I work with adults and young people on a range of difficulties that have an impact on their lives including experiences of low mood, anxiety, health anxiety, adjustment and identity difficulties. I tend to take time to get to know you (including but limited to the problem you want support with) and then tailor the therapy based on your hopes and goals. I work in an integrative way, drawing on relevant therapeutic approaches to your hopes for therapy, but predominantly use narrative therapy.

I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Surrey in 2021, with experience in mental health difficulties, eating disorders, people with cancer, and had placements working with teenagers, older adults, and people with learning disabilities. Since qualifying I have specialised in my NHS work in supporting people with heart conditions or who have experienced a heart event, as well as their families. I also have experience of working with NHS staff on burnout and stress related to their work.
