About me
I am a gastroenterology consultant based at Addenbrookes hospital with 15 years of experience in managing a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions. In addition to my basic training, I undertook a specific period of research investigating the role of microbiome in inflammatory bowel diseases as well as an additional fellowship at Harvard University and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. I have a specific expertise in Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, gut microbiome and bowel cancer. I treat a wide variety of conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease and anaemia. I am actively involved in clinical research and have published book journals and peer reviewed articles.
