About me
I am a Person Centered therapist and have been practicing since 2009. I work with a wide range of clients with diverse needs. I work online, via phone and in person to create a safe, supportive, accepting therapeutic space for the client to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. Whatever is going on for you I will help you make sense of it, gain self awareness, confidence and an insight into how best to move forward, aiding your well being and on going healing journey.
