About me

I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, EMDR therapist and Advanced Accredited Schema Therapist. I specialise in providing evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation (developing an understanding) and intervention to adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties with emotional distress (including emotional numbing/detachment), interpersonal/relationship difficulties resulting from the impact of past events (relationships and/or traumatic events). I provide bespoke therapy to support you in making sense of, and addressing the difficulties that prompted you to seek therapy. I utilise schema therapy, EMDR and psychodynamic approaches as well as traditional CBT if appropriate.
