About me

I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, EMDR and Accredited Schema Therapist. I provide evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation and intervention to adults experiencing difficulties with emotional distress (including emotional numbing/detachment), interpersonal difficulties and the impact of past events (relationships and/or traumatic events). I provide bespoke therapy to support you in making sense of, and addressing the difficulties that prompted you to seek therapy. I utilise schema therapy, EMDR and psychodynamic approaches as well as traditional CBT if appropriate. If you would like to know more about my approach, please do not hesitate to give me a call.
