About me

I am a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, EMDR and Accredited Schema Therapist. I provide evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation and intervention to adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties with emotional distress (including emotional numbing/detachment), interpersonal difficulties and the impact of past events (relationships and/or traumatic events). I provide bespoke therapy to support you in making sense of, and addressing the difficulties that prompted you to seek therapy. I utilise schema therapy, EMDR and psychodynamic approaches as well as traditional CBT if appropriate.
