About me
Welcome to my practice. I work face to face both in person and online via Zoom, Skype and other mediums if needed including Telephone consultation.

When faced with difficult life events, we can feel stuck and need to talk things through in a non-judgemental space.

I am trained to work with and support clients through their difficulties to reach a resolution that feels comfortable for them.

Counselling creates a space to understand the self in relation to others. It supports the client's emotional well-being through conversation and shared communication.

I have over 20 years of experience working with a range of presenting issues, both individually and in group settings.

Having trained in different theoretical modalities, my integrative approach enables me to work with both short- and long-term issues.

With a wide-lived experience of difference in both life and culture, I draw on my own exposure and clinical awareness to offer first-hand understanding, enabling open communication that matches clients' individual needs.

I am sensitive, attentive, and relational in my approach, and I offer a warm, welcoming, and confidential space to support the changes needed to reach your goals.

Sessions are 50 minutes and are usually offered weekly.
