About me
Welcome to my practice. I work face to face both in person and online via Zoom, Skype and other mediums if needed including Telephone consultation.

When faced with difficult life events we can find ourselves stuck and needing to talk things through in a non-judgemental space.

I am trained to work with and facilitate clients through their difficulties to reach a place of resolution that is comfortable for them.

Counselling is a space that enables the understanding of the self in relation to others. It is supportive, of the client's emotional well-being, through conversation and combined communication.

I have over 20 years of experience working with various presenting issues, both individually and in group settings.

Having trained in different theoretical modalities, my integral approach to my practice enables me to work with both short and longer-term issues.

Having a wide-lived experience of difference in both life and culture I draw upon my own exposure and clinical awareness to offer first-hand understanding, enabling open communication to match the clients' individual needs.

I am sensitive, attentive, and relational in my approach and offer a warm welcoming, and confidential space, to enable the changes needed to reach your goals.

Sessions are a 50-minute hour and are usually offered on a weekly basis.
