I offer a therapy which can quickly improve quality of life. I aim for an effective and practical counselling style to achieve clarity of your difficulties, and to move forward with your life.

I have worked in a wide variety of settings, with many issues, including depression, anxiety, bereavement, low self-esteem, relationship issues and family dynamics.
