About me

I am a psychotherapist working with children, adolescents and adults, integrating psychodynamic theory with Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy techniques to facilitate focused and emotionally transformative therapy.

My clinical work emphasises:

Understanding unconscious patterns and relational dynamics

Working directly with anxiety and defensive processes

Supporting emotional regulation and resilience

Adapting therapy for neurodivergent presentations

I have particular expertise in working with neurodiverse clients, including ADHD, autism and later diagnosis, and in adapting dynamic therapy approaches for clients who may present with heightened discharge, fragility, or complex emotional regulation patterns.

I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges and identity development, offering both structured, goal-focused therapy and deeper exploratory work depending on client need.
