About me

I am a professionally qualified and registered psychotherapist offering in-person, online and telephone counselling.

I offer a calm, friendly and non-judgemental space for you to safely explore your thoughts and feelings and be authentic. Together, we will work on building a therapeutic relationship that focuses on how you experience the world around you and develop a shared understanding of your difficulties and identify their effect on your thoughts, beliefs, behaviours, feelings and daily functioning. I will also help you develop coping strategies to enhance your mental and emotional well-being.

I decided to become a counsellor after my own positive experience of the last impact of long-term therapy on how I saw and felt about my life. I first moved to London as an international student and have experienced life as an immigrant in a diaspora, navigating the challenges of integrating and adapting to a new life while retaining bonds from life back home. Also, with over 15 years of experience in financial services and technology, I understand the demands and stresses of the corporate world and the emotional impact they can have when feeling anonymous in a busy city.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, applying different modalities that acknowledge our individual uniqueness. We will move at your preferred pace and allow you to direct the focus of each session based on your specific needs.

I am committed to working sensitively and respectfully with clients from all walks of life and all forms of sexual and gender identity, ethnicity, age, culture or disability.

I offer sessions in both English and Persian/Farsi.
