I am a qualified insured Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) therapist registered under the British Association Behavioural Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
I have 25 years experience of working with people with mental health problems. I have worked with people with severe mental health problems in the hospital to people with mild presentations in the community ranging from children to older people. I use CBT to help people with neurodiversity including Attentional Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD).
