About me

Bespoke medical care and expert in specialist diagnostics providing clarity in complexity

Dr Cavill is a highly experienced Specialist in Acute and General Internal Medicine, known for her diagnostic precision and personalised approach to managing complex, multi-system medical conditions. Known for her clarity, compassion, and coordination, Dr Cavill is described by her patients as thorough, pragmatic, and deeply attentive.

She provides a bespoke service for adults facing medical complexitywhether due to ambiguous symptoms, multiple comorbidities, or the need for coordinated input across several specialties. Her role is to bring clinical insight, coordination of care across specialties, and continuity to what can otherwise be a fragmented or confusing experience for patients.

Clinical Background & Leadership:

Dr Cavill graduated with honours from King's College London, completing her specialist training across central London's most respected hospitals. She is currently based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Trust.

She previously served as the Director of Ambulatory Emergency Care, where she led the development of the hospital's Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) service, helping thousands of patients gain access to specialist treatment without hospital admission.

During the pandemic, she was appointed Lead for the Covid Medicines Delivery Unit (CMDU) for North West London, overseeing the highest-performing CMDU in the UK, as featured by the BBC. She has also been the Clinical Lead for Sepsis.

Her academic background includes a Clinical Fellowship in Acute Frailty and Geriatric Medicine at University College London Hospital (UCLH), and a Masters (MSc) in Gerontology from King's College London, awarded with a full academic scholarship.
