About me

Expert care in specialist diagnostics providing clarity in complexity
Dr Cavill is a highly experienced Consultant in Acute and General Internal Medicine, recognised for her diagnostic precision and personalised approach to complex, multi-system medical conditions. She is known for her clarity, compassion, and thorough, pragmatic approach to patient care.
She provides bespoke care for adults with complex or unclear medical problems, including unexplained symptoms, multiple comorbidities, and conditions requiring coordinated input across several specialties. Dr Cavill has a particular interest in the investigation and management of unexplained and chronic fatigue. She works alongside leading specialists in this field and is a member of the Therapeutic Apheresis (INUSpheresis) committee at the Cromwell Hospitalone of the few centres in London offering this treatment for Long Covid and ME. Her role focuses on clinical assessment, multidisciplinary coordination, and providing continuity in what can often be a fragmented care journey.
Clinical Background & Leadership
Dr Cavill graduated with honours from King's College London and completed her specialist training across several leading central London hospitals. She currently works within the NHS at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and runs a successful private practice at the Cromwell Hospital, Chelsea & Westminster Private Care, and Ovara Health Women's Clinic.
She previously served as Director of Ambulatory Emergency Care, where she led the development of the hospital's Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) service, improving access to specialist care without hospital admission.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she was appointed Lead for the North West London Covid Medicines Delivery Unit (CMDU), overseeing the highest-performing service in the UK, as featured by the BBC. She has also served as Clinical Lead for Sepsis.
Her academic background includes a Clinical Fellowship in Acute Frailty and Geriatric Medicine at University College London Hospital (UCLH) and a Master's degree in Gerontology from King's College London, awarded with a full academic scholarship.
