About us

Sharon is a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Therapist with solid NHS background and experience in corporate settings, as well as private practice. Her approach is informal, empathetic and compassionate and her area of expertise is complex and developmental trauma, attachment and neurodiversity (specialising in ADHD assessments and diagnosis). She integrates elements of different models, such as Parts Work, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion-Focussed Therapy (C-FT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative and Psychodynamic Therapy, to deliver a tailored service. Sharon is also a qualified Clinical Supervisor and works with couples, young people and adults from different backgrounds, nationalities and pathways of life who struggle with a wide range of difficulties. She also works at the Middlesex University of London as a marker.

Sharon is also the Clinical Director at PSYCHTHRIVE LTD, a Psychology Service based in London that provides support to people all over the UK.
