An experienced psychotherapist currently working in both the NHS and private practice with clients who present with a variety of mental health problems including depression and anxiety disorders. Works with clients aged 16+.

Accredited as an EMDR Europe practitioner and regularly using this modality within practice due to my great interest in the treatment of trauma and PTSD.
