About me

Hello, I am a National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) Senior Accredited Counsellor. I have over 12 years of experience providing Integrative counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to adults and couples in short and long-term therapy.

With a strong focus on the mind-body connection. I use both traditional and energy psychology methods/exercises within the therapeutic session, alongside a relational approach to establish an authentic and mutual connection.

I strive to offer client's the opportunity to be heard without judgement and endeavour to create a nurturing, safe environment built on respect, integrity, honesty and understanding. A place where client's can explore their circumstances, increase their awareness and understanding of challenging and debilitating feelings, thoughts, beliefs, childhood conditioning/programming, reactions, physical symptoms and behaviours. So, that the client will be better able to decide on what does not serve them well, and feel empowered to make the changes they have decided they need to make.
