About me

Hello, I am a National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) Senior Accredited Counsellor. I have over 16 years of experience providing Integrative counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to adults and couples in short and long-term therapy.

I have over 3 decades of experience working within corporate environments within the public and private sectors, and have a good understanding of organisational cultures, polices and workplace stress.

With a strong focus on the mind-body connection. I use both traditional and energy psychology methods/exercises within the therapeutic session, alongside a relational approach to establish an authentic and mutual connection.

I strive to offer client's the opportunity to be heard without judgement and endeavour to create a nurturing, safe environment built on respect, integrity, honesty and understanding. A place where client's can explore their current difficulties, increase their self-awareness, identify triggers, challenge and reframe debilitating feelings/thoughts/beliefs/childhood conditioning & programming, learn ways to emotionally self-regulate, shift from being reactive to responsive, manage physical symptoms and change unhelpful and destructive behaviours.
