A warm welcome from Jo Oxley BA(Hons), a qualified BACP Accredited Psychotherapist / Counsellor established since 2010.
At some point, we can all experience difficulties in our lives. our relationships not only with others, but also ourselves. Counselling, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Therapy can help!
I specialise in Attachment Psychotherapy and all aspects of Relational issues and Postnatal Depression through either short or long-term counselling, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. I offer couples counselling and individual counselling and counselling for young people in a warm, safe and confidential space.
