About me
I am a Senior Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Barts Health NHS Trust, having trained many plastic surgeons who now hold senior positions. I am an author and co-author of many published papers in national and international journals.
I perform reconstructive surgery on hands (trauma, nerve compression, rheumatoid arthritis) and breast (post mastectomy reconstruction, congenital asymmetry). My specialist areas of interest include body contouring for patients after extreme weight loss, chest wall reconstruction following coronary artery bypass surgery and management of problem scars.
I also perform Paediatric Plastic Surgery. This has given me nationally and internationally recognition.
Areas of interest
peripheral nerve injuries including nerve compression syndromes, facial nerve reamination,
scar management and skin benign and malignant lesions.
