Highly skilled and experienced BABCP accredited CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and EMDR Psychotherapist based in Worcester Park, Surrey. Passionate about working with trauma/PTSD, anxiety issues like; OCD, panic and social anxiety, in addition to low mood, low confidence, grief, anger management and stress.� I offer face to face, online and telephone sessions in a relaxed and confidential space.
