About me
Dr Flynn is passionate about empowering people towards obtaining their goals and living more fulfilled lives. As well as having extensive experience working with children, adults, and families across various physical and mental health settings, he currently works in NHS services supporting people with various complex emotional needs. He integrates a range of therapeutic models, from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), systemic therapy and psychodynamic therapy. Dr Flynn puts an emphasis on working collaboratively with individuals to gain a shared understanding of their difficulties.
