About me

I am a Doctor of Psychology with over 14 years experience working clinically in the NHS, private sector and charity sector.

I am Chartered by the British Psychological Society which is legally recognised and reflects only the highest standard of psychological knowledge and expertise. I am registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council), which upholds high standards in professional codes of practice, qualification and ongoing training

I have completed accredited evidence-based training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT Performance Coaching and EMDR informed coaching.

I offer bespoke therapy to adults and can integrate different therapy models to meet your individual needs. I specialise in trauma, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and Complex PTSD. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, stress and burn-out, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, eating disorders, poor body image, health anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, loss and bereavement.

I am also passionate about using psychological science and psychology coaching to help people perform at their best in life and work, including areas such as perfectionism, increasing motivation, focus and concentration, procrastination, communication skills, goal setting, building psychological resilience and performing under pressure.
