About me

I have a diverse background in counselling and clinical psychology. I have worked with a variety of client groups that present with various different mental health and neurological challenges including eating disorders, relationship difficulties, personality disorders, psychosis, anxiety and depressive disorders, chronic pain, PTSD, OCD, domestic violence, and complex trauma, including childhood sexual abuse.

I use an integrative approach in therapy, with a particular emphasis on psychodynamic psychotherapy. I also have a special interest in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT).

​I have worked across a number of organisations, both in the National Health Service (NHS) and privately, and am a Chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered.
