About me

I'm a Principal Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and eligible for British Psychological Society (BPS) membership. I completed my training at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology (King's College London) and my ongoing NHS commitments are working with autistic adults and their networks. I have over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health and research.

I am skilled and experienced in providing therapy to individuals, couples and families with a range of psychological health needs. I apply an integrative approach, meaning that I am experienced in using a range of evidence based, effective psychological models and approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, systemic/family therapy and open dialogue.

I have learnt from diverse groups of people both professionally and personally about the meaning of their experiences, peoples’ resilience and appreciate the value of individual differences and diverse perspectives. My curiosity about peoples’ experiences continues to drive my personal and professional development and pursuits. I am continually enthused in learning and growing with every experience and contact I make with individuals, their families and wider social network.
