Prehab is based in Marylebone and employs physios, osteo's, remedial & sports massage therapists and strength coaches. Our multi disciplinary team are experienced in treating musculoskeletal aches and pains, sport & dance injuries, TMJ disorders, complex persistent pain, voice and swallowing dysfunctions and breathing difficulties/conditions.

Prehab has a strong focus on patient centred care and empowerment. Your sessions are tailored around your personal and functional goals. We utilise hands on techniques, progressive rehabilitation up to advanced exercise programming and patient education.
