About me

I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist and my therapeutic approach is influenced by psychodynamic ways of understanding distress. This means I will be interested to hear about your past and how this is influencing you now, about your relationships past and present and about your defences and how these were formed and how well they are currently serving you.
My approach is respectful and empathic but interactive and challenging when appropriate.
