About me

I am an experienced Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Accredited EMDR Practitioner. I see individuals and couples for therapy and have been in practice since 1988.

Areas of interest

I see adults for counselling who have problems with relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma. In the case of trauma my main approach is Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also a trained psychosexual therapist and use a Cognitive Behavioural approach to sexual dysfunctions. I have also practiced in the Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) field for many years and see patients who have cognitive, psychological and behavioural issues related to brain trauma (TBI) and other acquired brain injuries, such as stroke. My practice is brain injury sensitive in the use of psychological therapies.
