About me

I am a registered Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I am located in two clinics: Brentwood and London Bridge.

I provide an open and confidential space which enables clients to explore issues or patterns of their behaviour which may have been difficult to deal with alone. I offer short-term as well as long-term more exploratory therapy. As a Counselling Psychologist, I recognise that there is not one approach to therapy that will suit everyone. Hence, I incorporate integrative approach that means I can adapt therapy to client's individual needs.

I work within a code of ethics set by the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society. I apply variety of therapeutic approaches either on their own or as an integrative approach, depending on your individual needs.
